Quick Fuel Technology

Main Body

All aluminum (upgrade from existing designs)Tumbled finish for a high luster that protects against contaminants Recessed air bleeds out of air stream to improve airflow Raised accelerator pump squirter nozzle boss also out of air stream to reduce the possibility of high-speed pullover or "dribbling" Race-only boosters with larger-than-conventional inside & outside diameters, which results in a highly-efficient race engine that has a more uniform fuel curve and is easier to tune

Metering BlocksCNC-machined from solid aluminum 4 (4150 Models) or 5 stages of emulsion provide the ultimate tuning to customize a race engine's fuel curve to exact specifications, achieving maximum power levels throughout the intended RPM range Emulsion bleeds are threaded and changeable Stainless steel idle mixture screw with a superior nylon seal that won't deteriorate Machined internal passages ensure consistent performance and eliminate the chance of porosity

Throttle Body CNC-machined die-cast aluminum body designed for competition use Strengthening ribs reinforce typically weak areas to prevent potential warping or breakage Thick cross-sectional area guarantees excellent sealing between throttle bodies, lengthening the venturi to help extend the RPM operating range Teflon-coated throttle shafts with Teflon ribbon bearings provide smooth, precise throttle operation and keep dirt from migrating into throttle body and out of throttle shafts All bodies with 1-3/4" throttle bores (850 cfm and larger) have a universal flange to fit conventional and 4500 intake manifoldsThere are Professional Series Carbs that fit 4500 mounting flanges, and a transition spacer is included with them to maximize performance Mechanical secondary carbs have the Quick Link Secondary Opening System that enables rate adjustment simply by changing links (available opening rates: 40%, 60%, 1:1)Mechanical secondary carbs also have adjustable secondary airflow cam brackets that allow better idle tuning with race-oriented camshaft profiles

Fuel Bowls Die-cast aluminum bowls with additional capacity Unique & patented Fuel Chute directs incoming fuel to the fuel already in the bowl instead of spraying it in the air above fuel level, which greatly reduces fuel aeration & foaming and ensures main metering jets aren't exposed to air pockets Internal baffles prevent unstable float levels caused by fuel slosh Shatterproof sight window on 1050, 1150, and 1250 cfm carburetors-6AN inlet fitting with O-ring on gas applications-8AN inlet fitting with O-ring on alcohol applications Floats based on application, i.e. Drag Race Carbs have notched floats & secondary jet extensions
Pricing: Starting @ $1050.00
